Natasha is BRILLIANT! This is my third visit to this salon and I was was very happy to have found Natasha, she's talented, listens and also suggests ideas, a perfect hairdresser! BUT... 2 of 3 visits almost ruined the salon, twice they inexcusably double booked other clients at the same time as me. It's unacceptable as they appear not to be able to take online bookings from TREATWELL and double book people who walk in at exactly the same time. RUBBISH! Must improve or I'll not come back!
