I got sat down straight away and the manicure begin. However, a walk in appointment came in so I was left for 15 minutes while he treated the walk-in first rather then pre-booked. Then another guy took over who couldn’t speak good English, I showed him my broken nail, he didn’t understand. Instead cut all my nails down short and didn’t ask what shape I wanted. It was the end of the day so clearly rushing to close, therefore the detail wasn’t great.

Aqsa was very professional and friendly. She even gave me tips on how to improve my skin. The salon was clean and organised. Very beautiful. Would definitely go back.

AWFUL! My nail got infected due to the acrylic or the tools they use which might not be disinfected
I had to take them off and go to a doctor because of the pain and redness
