Wax was subpar- the treatment room is very small and it was difficult to manoeuvre limbs in a confined space. To note, the full body wax on the app did not clarify what was included in full body wax. Therefore, paid additional for back etc on top which proved costly. Would definitely recommend for threading however. Excellent eyebrow threading by Sajni; made them look symmetrical as best as she could.
