I wanted a lash lift. Not only did I see no difference, I was left with glue all over my eyelids and my lashes began falling out. waste of money and time. Very disappointed and they did not offer a refund when asked.

Honestly mortified with the wax that I had done… I have had waxes for years and never felt pain from one . But this was the most painful experience from a wax in my life , so many hairs were left behind . The person who done it was repeatedly going over spots without stopping or checking that I was fine even though I was flinching from the bed and yelping . I was left completely red and swollen, I’ve never had that experience after a wax and I’m still swollen after a couple of days :/
