Waxing is their best skill so far that I have tried. Nail manicure not so good.

The massage was good, I felt very relaxed and time went by quick! Unfortunately when I left I was stopped and accused of not paying. I informed the staff that I paid on the Treatwell app and showed them my receipt. They said they didn’t have anything on their system so made me come back into the shop and sit in a chair and while they called Treatwell to confirm. As expected Treatwell confirmed I had paid but the staff made me feel like a criminal which negated all the benefit of the massage.

Today I got the waxing treatment : full body , full back and full front which they made me pay an extra £25 for no reason. The lady that did the waxing was lovely , very professional and friendly; however the owner of the salon was disrespectful. They distroyed the hair of another client and when I approached the client to speak to her the owner told me that if I did not leave the permises she would have called the police. I do not recommmend the salon as the customer service is awful.
