The staff is really nice and kind but overall service is low. They are busy and that's why the place is dirty, a lot of hairs on floor from previous customers. That's why I'm not feeling there good. They want to so productive but still need time to learn how to manage bookings. For example, I was waiting my manicure there and I was sitting in pedicure chair. As well they was so rushing with manicure cause already 4 girls was waiting to get them eyebrows done. Manicure was done very very bad. Not properly. However staff is nice and I wish them the best in future but this salon is not for me.
Manicure
My wax was slightly rushed & so lots of hair was missed, also I was left with some burns from the wax. However the staff were lovely & very kind. Overall decent value for money
Brazilian Waxing
Mera was very nice. Her waxing style was very soft and I did not feel much pain. I would definitely go again.
