Firstly i have been visiting the shop for waxing for over a year. The last 3 appointments they have claimed different things to get more money from me in the shop after paying in full online. 1- the online price is wrong, so you need to pay us n extra £20. 2- Your full leg wax will be additional cost as your legs are larger than a normal leg (im a size 18). I will never return, or recommend, and i will spread the word.

I had an appointment for 2pm and they said I had booked it for 2:45. I showed them the confirmation message and email but again told it was for 2:45. She then went ahead with a costumer who came in just after myself for a pedicure. One of her colleagues questioned her, to which she simply replied I’d have to wait. After some back and forth between the two colleagues, another lady took over the pedi and she started on my Brazilian. She rushed and left hairs behind. I honestly wouldn’t come back.

Probably the worst manicure and pedicure i have ever had in my life. Reena was overall a nice person but very inexperienced. Staff members are unprofessional and lack customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone
Manicure
Went for a standard upper lip wax. That evening the whole area was burning. Woke next morning to cuts all over the area. The manager and her assistant thought they would blame the weather and then my skin. And her solution was she will offer me a free wax for when I next went there. Nothing to compensate for leaving my skin torn and burnt. Check Google reviews for pictures
