I had my eyebrows threaded today at this salon and it was an amazing experience. My eyebrows came out so nice and all the staff were super friendly. The shop is very aesthetically pleasing and clean also. Highly recommend!!!

Had a hollywood wax with Ghazala, my first time with her as a beautician, she has damaged all my skin around bikini line, leaving burn marks and ripped skin which has gone rough and is scabbing,which is extremely painful. After calling the shop to explain, I was told "it is not their fault,its my fault because Ihave been visiting the shop for over a year and this never happened before so must be my aftercare thats caused this. never get a wax from them
Hollywood Waxing
Firstly i have been visiting the shop for waxing for over a year. The last 3 appointments they have claimed different things to get more money from me in the shop after paying in full online. 1- the online price is wrong, so you need to pay us n extra £20. 2- Your full leg wax will be additional cost as your legs are larger than a normal leg (im a size 18). I will never return, or recommend, and i will spread the word.
