Really lovely staff and shop but the wax took way too long. Also, Hollywood was incomplete and very painful against my skin resulting in sores and peeled skin in the following days

Ok wax but I've got very bad burns and some of my skin has come off. it's very painful. I did the lady but she kept saying don't worry.
