I love my hair colour but I feel like the hair stylist should warn the client that their hair is going to be damaged after all of the colouring because I freaked out when my hair where coming out in chunks while they were just washed. They are still extremely damaged after drying them. I pointed it out and she just changed the subject.
The lady who was doing my hair wasn’t very talkative. She didn’t talk to me much and it was really hard to explain what look I was going for.
Another thing that was very uncomfortable was that when she was washing my hair the water was leaking on my face and she did not offer to wipe it off. She also did not ask me if the waters’ temperature was okay for me and it was too cold.
There’s a lot of different little things that I didn’t like but I didn’t want to be that annoying, and always complaining client.
I think that I will go back but I’d choose a different stylist who cares more.

The place was nice as and the staff was pleasant and friendly. I'm quite happy with the facial. The girl who did it was very professional and thorough. Very satisfied with eye brows shaping as well. Would definitely come again.
