Came in for highlights, roots & cut costing £100, colour is lovely but cut wasn’t good so I rang first thing next morning and was asked to go in and the owner would do another cut & blow, I had a 10 minute dry cut that I still wasn’t happy with, been to 2 other hairdressers to help fix it and they both pointed out the same things that are wrong with it, got to keep it tied back until it grows enough to be fixed, got no apology after first cut and the thickness/amount of my hair was blamed
