Booked in for a 45min restyle, but my appointment only lasted 20min and I got a wash and blow dry with a quick trim. When asked what I wanted I said I’d like a style that suits my hair type and mentioned I was going to a wedding in a couple of days, but was essentially given the same style I already had. I felt it was rushed as the hairdresser was working on another customer at the same time and I don’t think I was listened to. I don’t think I got value for my money, not sure if I was mistaken for another appointment or something, but would not book again for the same treatment.
