Lovely experience ! Made a mistake with my booking time but the staff at the salon were very accommodating. The massage was great and I felt very relaxed, wished it lasted longer. Wil definitely come back.

This review is about the facial and the lash lift. The facial was good - no complaints. For the lash lift, I had left a review saying it was overcurled and I was scared to go back. What impressed me was how they tried to get it right — when I called to say it was not what I wanted, they scheduled me in for the next day. And when I went back, the lash tech was very very apologetic, explained what she did and what might have happened, and reversed some of the lift/curl. It was a good response.

Overcurled and overprocessed, even though I asked for my lashes to be naturally lifted. The lash tech definitely left the solution on for too long. This is the last time I’m doing a lash lift for sure. I actually like this place and have been here a few times for different treatments, so it’s a shame I got a botched job because now I am very hesitant to go back. Now to wait 6-8 weeks for my lashes to correct themselves.
