I get little treat when I got a little reflexology. Was a treat. It was a cold and rainy day so
I arrived cold. The lady noticed and put the heating on for me. Nice touch at the end when I got a cup of water as I was leaving.

Didn’t get my treatment due to them not having enough staff on the day and having to wait around while they tried to resolve this and now they won’t respond to me about the refund they told me I would get. Out of pocket £60 which I paid up front, got messed around and no treatment.
