The wax was really good, not painful at all - except the wax itself. I know it's meant to be hot but it was so hot it almost burned me. I dreaded the application of the wax more than removing it. She did turn down the heat but that didn't help much. Otherwise everything was great, I'd go back again but be sure to double check the temperature!
