I think Anya Spa is fantastic - the staff are always really good and very friendly. I would recommend this salon to anyone - reasonably priced and great quality treatments.

I was asked which wax I would prefer when in the treatment room - however it was not explained to me that one was more expensive than the other. Therefore, when I reached reception I was asked for the £6 difference on my 'upgrade'. I feel this is unprofessional. However, the gentleman at reception very kindly let me off this payment under the circumstances, which was fair, and the wax itself was painless with a good result.
