The lady was nice but the waxing was the worst I’ve had, it felt unbothered and I had to point out 4 or 5 times that there are hairs left. - I’ve never had to do this before, to which even the lady acknowledged there were some left?! Very odd experience, I had the same experience before there. In the end I just gave up pointing out hairs still there and bought wax strips after from Superdrug, after spending £60 there. The whole appointment was less than 15 minutes. Had to pay more at the till
