The lady was nice but the waxing was the worst I’ve had, it felt unbothered and I had to point out 4 or 5 times that there are hairs left. - I’ve never had to do this before, to which even the lady acknowledged there were some left?! Very odd experience, I had the same experience before there. In the end I just gave up pointing out hairs still there and bought wax strips after from Superdrug, after spending £60 there. The whole appointment was less than 15 minutes. Had to pay more at the till

Friendly staff, great service. The masseuse put me at ease, knew when to adapt pressure and where to focus more on. Great massage, would come again!
