Was coldly greeted by the therapist with the words that my booked massage was not possible. No Hello, no sorry, no greeting, no explanation and no alternative - not the most welcoming introduction, especially when you came to relax and forget about your stress.
Massage was ok in the end, but this left a bad taste.
