Thankyou so much for Today! The customer experience is amazing. I was offered drinks and snacks through out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I am so happy with my hair and nails and thankyou for the hair tips! I will definately be back soon. Amazing!
Poor service. Bad attitude. I went there for an eyelash extension (russian volume). Usually this type of treatment is performed in about 1h30min/2h, mine was done in 45 minutes... The result was ridiculous, over dramatic, you could see the different clusters... I asked the lady to remove the lashes. She did in 10 minutes. I still offered to pay something as she spent some time doing the treatment. I was shocked by the attitude of the lady who asked me for 50% of the price and was particularly unpleasant in doing so. That was a very poor attitude especially when I told them that it was not a big deal and still offered to pay.

I decided to visit this attractive new beauty salon in Harlesden and I was very impressed that there is a place like this local to me. The booking was easy, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and finish product fantastic. All in all a very pleasant experience.
