I made my appointment through Treatwell rather last minute and was worried it wouldn’t have gone through but was reassured that all was well and I was expected when I called to check.
I was unfortunately 5 minutes late but the salon were very gracious and accommodating.
Meagan (I’m sorry if this isn’t spelled correctly!) was warm, welcoming and friendly and I really enjoyed chatting to her whilst I had my nails done. Although in hindsight I wish I had requested another coat of nail polish to make the colour a bit deeper as it seems lighter now that I’ve been in daylight; the quality of the extensions and overlays are good and feel very secure and the salon did check that I was 100% happy with my nails before I left.
A complimentary tube of hand cream when I left was a really nice touch.
Only thing I could think of to improve the experience is to offer an aromatherapy hand soak prior to the treatment as my previous salon did for a similar price.
Overall a very good experience, I would return again and recommend to others :)

I got nail infills done.The treatment was ok and the staff was lovely and welcoming.However I booked my appointment for 6:30 pm and had to wait for 30 mins which I didn't like.
