Very quick and efficient at waxing however I still had some small areas of hair left on my legs which I later epilated myself. I was (in a way) told off for using this booking app because it was only for new customers even though I had only been twice so I thought thatbwas a bit odd. If you do not want your customers to use this app then you should deactivate the service to avoid people paying online so that you only receive cash customers!

The lady who did my eyelashes was really nice and friendly. However 3/4 of my lashes have fallen out in the space of 2 days which I have paid £50 for.

Really bad experience at this place. After many remainders to attend, the place was manage by a girl who didn’t know why my appointment was not schedule and the person who suppose to do the facial was nowhere in the place. Asked for a refund from treatwell as I couldn’t get my tratment. Would not use this place even if it was free.
