The blackhead facial is miss sold on this site... it apparently is not for 45 minutes, they told me it was only for 15 minutes and had to pay an extra £15 on top of the £20 if I wanted a proper facial. Room decor very tatty and not very professional. I couldn't even get a refund as they wouldn't give me my money back and if I cancelled through the app I am not allowed a refund. Save your money and go somewhere else. One thing I will say is the products smelt nice and the lady was pleasant, I guess it is just her boss that has no clue what she is doing.

They had no idea of my appointment and I had to wait 45 min for someone to arrive. Facial was okay but it wasn't worth £45.00!!!! It was a disappointing experience.
