I had to wait 40 minutes after I arrived as the eyelash lady wasn’t in. Two other staff then arrived but were confused when I wanted individuals and not clusters. The woman who did my eyelashes clearly wasn’t trained and got glue in my eye several times. She also blew onto my face to dry the glue. An hour long treatment lasted only 35 minutes as there were lots of people waiting and the next morning half of them have fallen off! Terrible service and not at all worth £50!!!

When I arrived at the salon I was told that they did not do nails despite the fact there was clearly a pedicure chair and nail table. I was told I had booked the wrong place but double then triple checked. My greeting from the staff was rude and there was no apology for any confusion or inconvenience. I'm very glad I had chosen to pay at the salon instead of my usual payment on card. Very disappointed

The visit is up to satisfactory. It was a deep cleanse facial and i really had a relaxing day. The inly downfall is the information on the treatwell website is wrong. I ended up paying double as the owner informed me that the facial with blackhead extraction costs £40.. And that the information online is wrong. I hope it is corrected and treatwell should take responsibility when they publish a wrong information
