I had a lovely relaxing express facial with Magdalena. She also tinted my eyelashes and didn't do a bad job, tricky as they're blonde and very fine! I will definitely go back as they're conveniently near the tube and can cater for later appointments.

Definitely worth the money. I have naturally blonde, full eyebrows with no real shape. I am always very nervous to let a stranger near them with wax or threading, and I voiced my concerns and the woman suggested she shape my brows using tweezers and allow me to look at them every few moments to ensure I was getting the shape and fullness I wanted. When I was very satisfied, she quietly tinted my brows, so quiet, in fact, I felt myself slipping into a slumber. When I awoke, I had brows! I was very impressed. All of my friends asked if she had filled them in and she hadn't, they were that well sculpted. Very happy with my experience, will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Had a full body scrub and hot stone massage afterwards with Haleema. She was just wonderful - used the right pressure, was caring and kind, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Also tried out the hot wax which was great in this cold season. Really loving this place. Was my second visit and will come back for more. :-)

Had my facial with Haleema. She did an excellent job and I left feeling totally great and my skin just soft and amazing.
