Everything was perfect but I was left standing outside waiting for them to open for 7 mins in the cold as they were running late. I was the first appointment of the day. I think they should aim to open 5 minutes before their first appointment.

The place is very nice, clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend it but the only this is that they started 15minutes late. I paid for 90minutes but only for 75minutes which is annoying.
