I was super happy with my wax. The beautician was very thorough, no patches of hair were left, whilst also being super quick and it wasn't too painful, either! She checked in with me throughout, too, to make sure I was okay. I would definitely come back!

Really depends on whom you end up with. Some staff are really nice and care about their job, some others are just too strict and follow the rules, not making you come out satisfied.
