They confused my booking with another client. I corrected them and they made sure I had my tint done anyway, thank you. The beautician was very pleasant and I am happy with the results. On the way out the reception again referred to me as 'Vanessa' even after I told them that wasn't me. They might not have their act together but my brows and lashes are looking good ;)

I’m 5.5 months pregnant and went here for the first time as my flexibility is waning! Booking process, arrival/checkin and post-treatment process all good. The treatment was great - the therapist is experienced and caring. Thoroughly recommend!
