I had booked an appointment at 10am on Monday. I received a text on Monday morning asking me to come at 10.45, which was irritating but fine. When I did turn up I then waited another half an hour before I had to ask if I could rebook for Tuesday as I no longer had time for my wax. On Tuesday morning I turn up for my 10am appointment but the salon is locked, and two other clients are also waiting outside. It seems as though this salon doesn’t actually want to have business! Never managed to have my leg wax and after three failed attempts I’m not going to try here again!
