My therapist wasn't called Queenie. I don't know what his name was. The treatment was billed on Treatwell at £28. The guy and the girl there were sweet enough, if struggling a bit to speak English. They asked what colour I wanted and I chose a 'cat eye' look recommended to me by a friend. It wasn't until the end that I discovered it was £10 more! Also, I had to go back to get a really bad corner sanded off my thumb nail. Later, my friend said she normally pays only 35, not 38. Not delighted.
