I booked on treatwell for a straight cut which was advertised as £15 but they seemed to have no knowledge of their online payment system. Anyway was told the cost was £20. I turned up, woman wasn’t friendly, acted like she was doing me a favour by cutting my hair. Barely spoke. By the end she made me trawl the streets looking for a cash machine for the extra £5 as they dont take card.Treated like a cheapskate for booking a cheap haircut. Don’t advertise cheap haircuts if u don’t want to do them.

I’ve had two layers of skin removed as the wax was too hot and my skin is currently scabbing over . I’m absolutely disgusted they are able to operate like this - this is a health hazard and should be shut down. Incompetent staff and I’m left in absolute agony

The lady who coloured my roots matched my hair colour perfectly and did a great job. She was friendly and chatted with me first about the colour - the end result was perfectly blended. I’ll definitely be back when I need highlights!

It was really nice how I got served right away and it was empty in there and the staff are really nice. They washed my hair really well and cut it perfectly how I wanted. I was really pleased with the whole experience and they were super friendly and they did it on time and everything was in order and I left in the time I needed. I would definitely recommend this place. Really good!! Super impressed. Great haircut! Really good prices.
