The technician did not use individual eyelash extension glue, but hair bonding glue designed to attach hairpieces to your scalp, which was very thick and rubbery. It basically fused my lashes together as well as my eyelids (she had to prise them open) and left black specks around my eyes. This method is very bad for your lashes and it is not what is advertised. As a result of the excess glue, there was a thick rubbery glue mass around the base of the lashes, which was very heavy. I'm not sure what quality the lashes were, but the excess glue made the end result look very cheap. I removed them as soon as I got home with olive oil to loosen the glue. It was a lot of hassle and I lost lashes because of it. The salon itself is nice and the people were friendly, but I can't recommend this treatment.
I have already recommended my sisters to go. I absolutely loved it and I can't complain. The staff were brilliant and was very quick at doing the job. I booked a time where I was about half an hour early and they saw me straight away. The price, WOW, for that service I'm going again. the place was ok but they were great at what they do and they were hygienic about the whole process, powder, gloves, moisturiser, you name it. Because I could only book one treatment I asked whilst I was there if they could do another quick treatment and I pay cash and they were totally ok with it my appointment lasted about 20 minutes just perfect for my busy life. The place was very easy to find as well. I will recommend anyone to go there. I can't thank them anymore for how quick and effective this was. 5 stars all round.
