I had paid in advance for a hot wax £25, when going for the treatment the therapist did not ask me what I had booked and gave me a strip wax. after leaving I reread my booking and called to explain that I had paid for hot wax but received strip wax. the lady on the phone told me the difference is £8 and said she would check to see what had happened and would call me back. no one called back after 2 hours so I called again. the lady said I could redeem the difference next time. however as I am moving home this would not suit me. I went into get the refund and the lady gave me back £5 not £8 per phone call and not £7 per difference on treatwell app. she then proceeded to have a debate as to why I hadn't told the therapist what I had ordered. beside the point still not willing to refund me the difference in costs of services. finally after checking the advertised price on treatwell, I was given back £7.
the therapy bed was not clean and bad stain on it.
overall a disappointing experience.
will not be going there again.

The venue didn't have record of my booking, and although I paid in advance for hot wax, I wasn't able to have hot. The wax itself was efficient, and the therapist pleasant, but I found after I had left that there was wax residue in my hair and on my clothes. Definitely not worth the £25 I paid.
