Although booked for a one hour massage, it lasted for just 45 minutes. The therapist did not ask about level of pressure at all. She used her thumbs heavily, which was uncomfortable. I asked her to be more gentle, she said of course, but there was little difference, and she did not then check if the pressure was right for me. I was not offered water after the massage, and would not return nor recommend.
