the lady nearly burnt my skin...It is still red and sore. she was rushing as she received a call before starting my wax and took off just a very tiny line of hair (it is not even a straight line). you better buy some oriental wax at superdrug as I have done straight after my appointment for the same price £10.

Catalina is an excellet therapist.
She is aware of problem areas(i.e.shoulder/upper back), and treats areas accordingly.
Just the right pressure and I felt instant benefit.

Although booked for a one hour massage, it lasted for just 45 minutes. The therapist did not ask about level of pressure at all. She used her thumbs heavily, which was uncomfortable. I asked her to be more gentle, she said of course, but there was little difference, and she did not then check if the pressure was right for me. I was not offered water after the massage, and would not return nor recommend.
