My visit was a very pleasant I had a facial which l enjoy very much. The therapist was very informative and gave me some tips and how to keep my face looking good.
Massage was nice, but I was disappointed by the spa facilities. The pool was very small and and there was no space to go in as it was full of children and families.
My massage was fantastic but we were very disappointed that no one told us anything about an aqua class or kids classes clashing with the times we have booked so couldn't use the pool, just jacuzzi and not very relaxing listening to aqua commands etc! Just wish we had known and booked time slots accordingly! Also changing rooms quite small so can get crowded around class times.
A relaxing day on the whole with nice facilities and which didn't break the bank but found the children's swimming lessons massively negated the overall experience. The receptionist was keen to remind us this was stated on our booking info; however, crucially it wasn't stated on any of the info prior to actual booking. Also they were described as being 1-2-1 swimming lessons which left plenty of room for us to swim, whereas they proved to occupy about 3/4 of the pool and made the noise level really high. Also, rather disappointingly, when I went to book our treatments, in spite of the voucher offering massage, facial or manicure, I was told only massages were available on the day for which we'd booked. The massage itself was a little underwhelming and the masseuse was very nice but talked non-stop.
