Karin was absolutely amazing, professional and efficient. Body exfoliation was top, I have had many and this was something that I would rate to top amongst few others... none in London tho. Value is really good too. I’ll be back for sure when my next guests are visiting me in London. Note that if you go with partner to different gender, sauna and steam room are separated. We went on Tuesday eve and was nice and peaceful escape.

The three course dinner included was the highlight. Just a shame the treatments aren't longer - only 20 mins. Still great value for London
