The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly & kind. We were provided robes and slippers that were very soft. The facilities were also very good and, unlike other spas, there was no problem securing a seat by the pool. However, there were several (as in between 5-6 hours) swimming classes taking place whilst we were there (and every day), which were of disturbance to us, as many included little children. However, the service was fantastic.
Very clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect for an afternoon of peace! Very reasonable price too.
The treatment was really good and the spa was nice and relaxing, friendly staff.
Spa was nice, small pool but all clean. There was a baby shower at the time and guests decided to stay in the Jacuzzi for over 2 hours, so didn't get to use that. Other than this, reasonable price for facilities.
The staff at this spa (and restaurant upstairs) are very experienced and friendly. The pool is a little small - once you have a few people in it, it does feel cramped. But the sauna and steam room was nice and clean, and was great fun with two of my girl friends for a Sunday get together. We all had massages and had a lovely day relaxing.
