Nice, clean space but a little small. I went after 7pm and we were 4-5 people using the pool and it was already a bit crowded.
I initially got confirmation for 11.50am but I couldn't make that time. It was changed 5.30pm. I was late for the appointment so I had one treatment which I was fine with. However included in yhe package I booked was Afternoon Tea which I was told i could not have. The appt given to me was for 5.30pm if there was a deadline for Afternoon Tea surely I should have been made aware. Paying £95 for 30min massage! I would not recommend it. Whilst the massage was relaxing, the ambiance in the room was not great the light was not dim. It really should have been better.
Really great package. Afternoon tea had a great selection, the concierge and restaurant staff were really attentive and welcoming. The spa was lovely. We were shown around and had everything explained clearly. We were lucky as the children’s swimming lessons had finished at 2pm so we had the pool to ourselves. The treatments were excellent - really well trained and experienced beauty therapists. I had a wonderful massage and facial, felt very relaxed.
definitely get your money's worth. The only downside is the swimming classes which take place (which the description clearly states)
Great visit! We had afternoon tea which was lovely, treatments and used the facilities. Staff were brilliant:)
