I visited l’Aquilla on my birthday as a “to me, from me” pamper afternoon. A gorgeous experience. The place is beautiful, clean, pristine & extremely modern as you’d expect from a spa/gym/pool facility. The treatments I had were top notch, administered by beauty staff who clearly know their products, their craft and their clients too. I cannot speak highly enough of Saida and Elise (I hope I’ve spelt it correctly!) and the Spa Manager Anna. Simply delightful. I can’t wait to book another luxurious pamper package.
Although I was informed, when I booked the spa day, that there would be some children's swimming lessons, there were so many that it made it difficult to use the pool. There was also one child who screamed the place down for the whole duration of their lesson, which didn't exactly compliment the relative relaxing experience which one would expect from a spa day.
Really enjoyed the spa facilities, the sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi and treatments!
i've been there with my friend,I thought it will be a wonderful day but unfortunatelly it become awful
we came for pull more than anything, it is so small, kids everywhere, with their teacher making noise.
ok we gave up about pull we decide to go in jacuzzi wich is nearly the pull, kids were jumping in the water and running around making all the water come on our heads, so in the end we couldn't have a moment of peace and relaxing our time.
kids are kids not them are the problem, we think a spa is a place to relax not to get enoyed by kids, so maybe you shoud make a program for adults and just for kids, nore than this were parebts of the kids around the pull taking care of them, and me and my friend were naked just in the swimming suit, and...of course we felt embarrassed. why people who are comming from outside can stay inside where is the pull. i never seen this before!!
massage was amazing, both of the girls were amazing and very soft and polite. we could feel a difference after even if were just 20 min.
we tryed to buy some prosseco and the old lady from reception made me wait 20 min because she couldn't find proseco grasses, is fiiiine, but she didn't ask me at least if she can put me in something else, instead to find a solution for me she was talking around with other people, i gave my phone to her to make the payment if no I ahould chamnge and go to the restaurant to make the payment. maybe you should have more option for your customer and give them some training and teach them how to treat your customer. defenitely I will not come back, I everyone who asked me how it was I told them terrible. so be carreful!
