I booked a £99 couples massage for my partner’s birthday but had multiple issues. I was offered a £5 cash discount, yet charged £105 with no good explanation. When I called about parking, staff were very unhelpful. The massage was good, but as it finished I was barely dressed, staff burst in to clean the room, violating my privacy. Poor customer service, hidden costs, and lack of professionalism ruined the experience. Won’t be returning.
