I had to ask them 6 times not to touch me a certain way (normal for massages but made me uncomfortable - move my undergarments to massage under them), I left in the middle of the appointment and the front door was locked and I had to explain the issue to them in tears before they'd let me leave. I complained to them in person, via text afterwards & to treatwell, so I have plenty of proof. I want my money back, and I want them to train staff to respect important boundaries!
