This was my first time getting a massage and the therapist was great - they made me feel comfortable and relived a lot of tension that I had especially in my shoulders and neck area.

firstly i was taken 15 minutes past my time because the lady before me had run late. however my treatment should of started at 4pm however started at 4:15 and finished at 5pm so i did not get my full hour. This happened teice before as i am a regular and i didnt want to make a fuss however its not acceptable to keep repeating.
also room 1 on top floor is directly opposite reception which was sooo loud for the entire duration of the treatment. you could hear everyone walking in out plus talking
