Embarrassing and disrespectful practitioners. I came here several times and I’ve never presence something so humiliating. Me and my partner had a couple massage and for the first 20 minutes everything seemed normal, apart from a few times the ladies were talking to each other, which sometimes happens. After that, they carried on talking, being distracted during the massage and suddenly, they started laughing. We informed reception to which no apologies or compensation given. Embarrassing.

Great ambiance and good massage, but was not offered massage oil and tiger balm was used which smelt terrible and left me needing to remove when home..
