I was waiting for the therapist to do massage on my hands and feet but nothing. When I went up to the reception, he said I wasn’t eligible for a refund because I should’ve said that within 15minutes. How will I know if I will get a massage on both my hands and feet? I felt so disappointed.. i traveled from the US and I feel like I should have gotten a better pregnancy massage
