Have seen Aga for a few times now and have been very happy. She is always so friendly and helpful, and does a great massage. Her new room is lovely too, really relaxing lighting and the mint tea was a lovely extra touch. I also really appreciated that she had a helpful suggestion for my next appointment. I highly recommend Aga if you are looking for a great massage!

As always, a brilliant massage. So relaxing but also really effective at easing my back pain.

Been to Aga a few times and each time the treatment is fantastic. My body has been feeling sore and stiff and I felt better immediately after my massage. Everything is perfect here: highest of standards with an exceptional therapist who is professional and thorough. The treatment room has a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. I am beyond pleased and I can not recommend Arcadia Wellbeing Therapies highly enough.
