Ellie was amazing, really lovely cut and advice. The salon was quite quiet with just the commercial radio on which I find an unusual atmosphere for a salon on a Saturday but other than that, a really good experience and I've booked a colour consultation!

Unfortunately treatment rooms are not sound proof so could clearly hear everything happening in the salon. Good massage although not concentrated on the areas I’ve asked for and no attempt to check if pressure/areas of focus were corrext
Arrived 30 mins early, even though postcode on text reminder was incorrect. Sat and waited, then when it was time for my appointment I was told that I couldn't have Hot Stone Massage as booked because "it would take too long to heat up stones" (?!), despite turning up 30 mins early. Faced with the option of no massage or a normal massage I was given 20 minutes of prodding about until I was told the treatment was over. Absolutely terrible. To make matters worse the receptionist then told me the treatment was MORE than the one I had booked and disputed the price on Treatwell. Honestly wish I gone elsewhere or not bothered with using the Treat well app. Waste of time and money. Will not return.
