Very good in general, the lady at the reception desk was lovely and offered me a drink. They only little problem I had was when I came to pay, I was told it was a lot more then what I booked, however this was resolved quickly. I will definitely be back, thank you.

Great visit, Ellie was lovely. Ellie listened to what I was after with a re-style, and explained what she was doing throughout. I even booked my daughter in for later that day.

Have always found it to be a very pleasant experience, the staff are lovely. Could maybe do with updating some techniques and equipment like proper pedicure chairs.
