I bought this treatment for a friend, the pedicure was good but what happened after it is not acceptable. Arcana's staff wasn't letting my friend go because they were not able to see my booking on treatwell and they were insinuating that it hasn't been paid even tough she showed them on arrival the confirmation email with PAID IN FULL written on it. This is definitely how I didn't want my friend to feel, like kept hostage for 25 minutes in the Salon after she had her treatment.

had the gel mani pedi and it was good . my feet look much better and was made to feel comfortable and no judgment from the therapist about my dry skin..She was lovely and gave advice which I appreciated. would go back again. good value .
