Not the service I expected, I was made out to be a liar when I told them I was unhappy with the treatment. She asked me what could she do to make this better, I said a refund for my lashes or try treatment again and was denied on both which is unfair so what do I do? Only 2 staff so while I was complaining, people are waiting with their hair half done so very unorganised and the way this was handled was unprofessional as I noticed I was receiving rude looks off them.
