I had not been to Arch before but had been bought an hours pamper package for Xmas. The salon was very quiet but I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I was made comfortable in a treatment room and was given a lovely facial and then back/shoulder/neck massage by Shakila. I really enjoyed the treatments and would definitely buy the same package for someone else.

Not a professional environment at all, especially not if you’re looking to relax. Noisy kids running around the hair salon and alot of problems with my bookings/ shortage of staff.
