Arrived to find the hairdresser was not well and no-one was available to do my hair. The Manager tried to call once (from a random mobile number), didn't leave a voicemail, didn't text, didn't e-mail. She agreed to come in the next day to cut my hair but cut it shorter than I wanted. Such a shame because the woman I had before was very good.
I booked a manicure/pedicure with gel but was only given a gel off/gel on.. wasn't communicated to me that they didn't have time. nails are also a bit dull and not shiny as I would expect from a gel mani/pedi. polite lady but service wasn't the best
I dislike leaving poor reviews but I think people should be aware before booking here.
If you are trying to book a same-day appointment, you should call the salon to check their availability. They have Treatwell set up to auto-confirm last-minute appointments but may not have the staff to fulfil them.
I found the customer service to myself and others I witnessed quite abrupt and the actual services I received and saw others receive were just ok. The salon itself is nice and seems clean.
