I came to my appointment after travelling for half an hour and the hair dresser was not there and seemed to have forgotten my appointment. The lady in the salon did ask me to come back at 4pm but I was not available then.
Completely understand if something had come up to make the hairdresser not available but would have been ideal to be notified before the appointment.
Very disappointing and waste of my time.
The lady at the shop did not apologise either and was not phased. Bad service.
