I was kept waiting for 15 mins, whilst the lady finished of blow drying someone hair despite them already moving my appt by 20mins. The massage room itself was small & cold. The therapist was only able to access the bed one side. Whilst having the massage there was a child crying which really ruin the ambience, if I was desperate for a bit of pampering I would have walked out.
